The publication “User Satisfaction with OAT Programs in Montenegro” presents the findings of a study on the experiences of individuals engaged in opioid agonist therapy (methadone or buprenorphine). The research was conducted among nearly 300 users across the country and provides insight into service quality, treatment accessibility, psychosocial support, and overall satisfaction with the program. The results highlight the need for improved working conditions, increased staffing and infrastructure capacities, and greater availability of psychological and social support within these programs. This publication is an important step toward enhancing addiction treatment and providing stronger support for people who use drugs.
