The analysis of the situation of children and youth under institutional protection is a product of the project “Providing Support to Children and Youth under Institutional Protection after COVID-19,” conducted by NGO Juventas in partnership with the Psychological Association of Montenegro – PACG and the Center for Support of Local and Regional Development – CeP, with financial support from the Delegation of the European Union in Montenegro, during 2022 and 2023.

The analysis aims to provide information and inspire ideas on how to offer the best possible protection and support to children and youth leaving institutional care, empowering and motivating them, and creating opportunities for a happier and more fulfilling life.
